Seafloat Marine offers a wide selection of services for fast rescue crafts which are
designed and built in accordance with the SOLAS 83 rules for rescue craft and is
at the very forefront of Marine/Oil and Gas sector in West Africa. FRC is designed
to be fast and maneuverable in all sea condition and yet have the lowest possible
lifetime ownership costs. They are intended to be very versatile and can be used
in a wide range of different applications, which include Rescue, Patrol, Survey,
Boarding, Customs, Diving and Inspection work. The FRC is constructed from
durable, long life, low maintenance materials producing an extremely high
performance craft with superb handling characteristics.
DAVITS OVERLOAD TESTING {Life boat}
Our servicing of davit system is suitable for a wide range of application including small rescue boats, lifeboats, fast rescue craft and lifeboats. We service all davits that are installed on cargo vessels, tankers passenger ship, FPSO, fixed oil gas installations and Mobil Offshore Drilling Units.
TESTING AND CERTIFICATION
Seafloat Marine has been tested and approved by manufacturers (such as ANSUL, UNIVERSAL AIR, SWITLIK, TYCO SAFETY, ETC) based on the latest FASSMER, TECNIMPIANTI, GLOBAL DAVIT, ZODIAC, CREWSAVER/ELLIOT SOLAS standards and have the appropriate approvals from most international Survey bodies, for example, ABS, DNV, IMO. USCG, NMA.
Seafloat Marine Services LTD has well trained, experienced and professional lifeboat inspection team, which can carry out the annual and 5 years inspection for lefeboat, Davits and release gears in all types of lifeboats on board the oil rigs, platforms, vessels, FPSOS ETC. According to class requirement and solas regulation III20.3.2 AND MSC.1/CIRCULAR 1206.
ASSEMBLY, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
Our service department, in conjunction with our Project Management team, can offer onsite supervision, commissioning and overload testing, including liaising with the certifying authority. We can also carry our modifications to existing davits where this is a cost-effective option. All work procedures comply with our strict ISO 9001:2000 quality management system.
